1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup snap peas
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas. Sauté for 5-7 minutes.
3. Add mushrooms and carrots, stir-fry for 3 more minutes.
4. Pour in soy sauce and stir well to coat.
5. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions before serving.
